Beautiful speeches at the memorial service–Monica Forquer, Suzanne Swink, Colleen E Crinion, Polina Gregory, Dash Howard, Wayne Jones, Ben King, Megan Camp, J. Brian Mason, Mickey Haile, Joanna Gomez, Sam Souza, Megan R. and many more. Holler if you spoke tonight and I didn’t list you.
We laughed and cried but mostly loved and hugged.
Was it recorded, by any chance? I would love to see it. I wish I lived closer and/or tickets to DC hadn’t costed $700. I’m coming in November to be with folks, but it isn’t the same.
Hi Krissy,
Unfortunately, the service was not recorded. I invite everyone who spoke at the memorial to share here. I’ve added the music playlist that Michael put together for the memorial and one of the videos, “Hey Pud,” that was shared.
See you at the memorial service this evening.
Studio DC is giving a yoga class in Ben’s honor tomorrow evening, Sunday, Oct. 23 at 6:15pm. Visit the Facebook event page.

Ben Mufti Lives!
I will take away Ben’s passion for running and his zest for life. Through every e-mail exchange and wall post I was inspired to run more, to be active, and to love life! No one I knew lived life with more zest than you. Rest in Peace my friend. This NYC marathon will be for you!
